Mackenzie Larsen (music & lyrics, ‘Marie’)

Mackenzie Larsen (she/her) is an actor, writer, and musician. She is half of the writing partnership Larsen and Chalk and co-founder of the radio-drama theatre company Other Mysteries Theatre. Mackenzie is a songwriter, currently working on her debut album Hiding.

Catherine Chalk (book, ‘Aisling’)

Catherine (she/her) is an actor, writer and musician. She is one half of the writing partnership Larsen and Chalk and owner of ChalkYard Productions. Her recent work includes The Circle UK Tour (Orange Tree Theatre/Theatre Royal Bath), Help is Available (Independent), and a lead role in Lasse Hallström’s latest feature film Hilma.

Current projects in development include an original ensemble folk-horror musical, The Devil's Hand, an alternative origin story of Mephistopheles that sees one woman try and outwit the devil; a dark comedy play, The Tower, that intertwines the world of tarot with impending climate destruction; and a feature film, Tummyache, that follows a woman whose life is pervaded by an Alien appearing in her nightmares.

Madison Gerringer (director)

Madison (she/her) directs plays that are surreal and funny and dark and often music-filled. She strives to make theatre for everyone, not just for people who also make theatre. She believes that education and community engagement are at the heart of pushing the theatre industry in a more inclusive direction. Recent work includes Odd Jobs (Playwright and Director), Heaven Has No Rage (Director and Dramaturg), and Hand to God (Director). MA Directing, LAMDA; BA: Theatre Education, Emerson College. Proud alum of Idyllwild Arts Academy.

Molly O’Gorman (musical director, keys)

Molly O’Gorman (she/her) is a composer/lyricist/playwright from Dublin. Her debut musical, Ghost Light, was developed at the Watford Palace Theatre (June 2022) and the Golden Goose Theatre (February 2023). The show ran for three weeks at the Hope Theatre (July 2023), with Molly as MD. She also worked as cover MD on A Lark, a new musical about the life of Ursula Vaughan Williams, in 2024, and in the same year worked as a composer on attachment for Central School of Speech and Drama.

In November 2023, she made her West End debut in An Evening of Unnecessary Detail at the Cambridge Theatre, where she was MD and arranger, and was commissioned for and debuted ‘MRI Mix’, a five part a cappella piece reimagining a full-body MRI as music.

She graduated with Distinction from her MA in Musical Theatre Composition (Goldsmiths University, 2023). Whilst studying, she worked as MD on the workshop of Miracle, a new musical by Belle Ning.

Her first play, Broad Shadow, won the National Theatre New Views prize and was staged at the National Theatre. She has worked as a playwright at the National Theatre Studio.

Chloe ‘Alex’ Alexander (stage manager)

Deborah Jardine (cello)

Deborah Jardine (she/her) is an actor-musician from West London. She trained at Artsed and Leeds Conservatoire. Classically trained in cello, trumpet, piano and voice, Deborah enjoys composing and recording original music as well as musical direction for stage and screen.

A big advocate for new writing, she is currently developing folk musical “Afterglow”, based on Jon Boden’s concept album of the same name.

She recently appeared in Northern Opera Group’s production of The Book Of Eternity, touring West Yorkshire.

Chaya Gupta (percussion)

Chaya (she/her) is an actor, musician, and sound designer.

Her credits as an actor include The Government Inspector (Connie) at Marylebone Theatre; and Hansel & Gretel (Gretel) at Shakespeare's Globe.

As an actor-muso (drumkit) her credits include Scenes from Rent (Mimi) at Curve; and We'll Have Nun Of It (Sarah) at Edinburgh Fringe Festival Underbelly.

As sound designer, she recently worked with artist elmarie on the sound design for the music video for her latest single GOD DESIGNED.

Julia Ostrowska (bass guitar)

Julia (she/her) is a London based bassist, currently working on Babies The Musical (The Other Palace). Over the past few years she has performed in various theatre productions including Six the Musical (West End & Tour), Rehab (Neon 194) and Heathers (the Other Palace).

Julia also works as a session and function musician, performing with artist and bands across the UK and Europe.
